Digital Delivery Manager

As a Digital Delivery Manager you’ll be working closely with stakeholders, developers, designers and delivery teams, managing our digital platform team and collaborating with strategic business partners and the PMO. You’ll oversee agile ceremonies, develop and maintain delivery plans, manage budgets and resources, and ensure clear communication throughout the delivery lifecycle. You’ll also work closely with third-party suppliers to deliver solutions that meet development standards and architectural principles.

As part of this role, you’ll champion agile best practices and foster a culture of innovation, working to improve delivery quality through effective process management and repeatable methodologies. You’ll be responsible for generating performance reports for senior leadership, leading production readiness meetings, and supporting a culture of learning, growth and continuous improvement across the team.

You’re a confident, curious and commercially minded person, able to challenge the norm and raise important issues when needed. A natural leader, you’ll inspire your team, giving them the tools they need to succeed and promoting a collaborative, solutions-focused working environment. Your understanding of development practices, software delivery tools and third-party supplier management will be essential in ensuring our digital services meet high standards and deliver real value.

You’ll need to be in the office for a minimum of 2 days per week and the remaining time you’ll be able to work remotely.  

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of innovative digital products and services at Peabody. This is a key leadership role where you’ll drive the planning, execution and continuous improvement of our digital platforms, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery that meets the needs of our business and our customers.
