Concierge Officer

Weekly hours Monday to Friday morning shift 7:00 to 15:00 or afternoon shift 13:30 to 21:30

Concierge Officers are required to work within a mixed tenure flagship regeneration scheme on various locations, particularly on Thamesmead, Lewisham and Wandsworth and may be asked to support in other areas. This position is primarily customer focused, meet and greet all visitors to reception with a helpful attitude and good interpersonal skills. A background in working at a residential development or other front of house roles is highly desirable.

We are looking for two Concierge Officers to join our dedicated team in various locations.

We are looking for a committed individual with a positive, good interpersonal skills, and helpful attitude. If successful, you will work in new builds at our flagship developments on various locations, welcoming residents, responding to enquiries in person, email and over the phone, providing guidance to visitors, as well as other ad hoc activities.

The role requires basic IT skills, with knowledge of windows 10 as well as MS office suit software.

The shift pattern for this role is:

  • Monday to Friday - Three shifts from

7:00 to 15:00 / 11:00 to 19:00 / 14:00 to 21:30

Available locations: Bexley, Lewisham, or Wandsworth

Training and uniform will be provided.

Experience

  • Essential IT skills with Microsoft Suite and Windows 10.
  • Essential in providing a residential Concierge service or other similar front of house roles.
  • Experienced in providing excellent Customer Services.
