Senior Digital Manager

As our Senior Digital Manager, you’ll play a crucial part in shaping and delivering our overarching digital strategy.  We have big plans for our website. We’re on a mission to ensure the experience our residents have online is seamless, straight forward and satisfying. With a particular focus on putting our residents first, you’ll bring your expertise in developing and executing voice of customer programmes, helping to shape Peabody’s digital transformation journey. Your strategic insight, energy and creativity will be essential in aligning our digital approach with our brand, communications and marketing strategies.

You’re a proven leader with experience in managing and developing teams; someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, handling competing priorities with agility and focus.  With a strong track record of digital transformation and customer engagement, you’re skilled at influencing and communicating complex digital strategies to senior stakeholders.

You’ll need to be in the office for 1-2 days per week and the remaining time you’ll be able to work remotely.

You’ll lead a small team and manage the performance of, and updates to, our digital assets, driving innovation to enhance the overall customer experience. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues in brand, marketing and communications, as well as engage with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation to champion best practice and digital excellence.
