Data Products Analyst

As a Data Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in leveraging our new Data Platform to create insightful, robust, and scalable data products. These products will support both strategic and operational decision-making across the organisation. You will work closely under the supervision of the Head of Data Products and collaborate with data engineers, platform engineers, and business SMEs to enhance our data capabilities and drive a data-centric culture within Peabody.

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of developing reporting and analytics products using our cutting-edge Data Platform. You’ll collaborate with data engineers, platform engineers, and business SMEs to develop Reporting and Analytics Products through the Data Platform, ensuring all data products are accurate, timely, and aligned with the organisation’s strategic goals. An understanding of the social housing sector and its unique challenges is preferable but not required, and awareness of the housing industry would be beneficial. You’ll be required to work in the office two days per week.

You’ll be working closely with business areas to develop products that meet their needs, and explore patterns and connections within Peabody’s data, identifying actionable insights that go beyond performance reports. You’ll hold a degree in a Data or IT related subject, or ideally have a high level of experience in a data-related role within housing, along with demonstrable experience SQL, DAX and Microsoft PowerBI.
